Construction of new 18 hole golf course, lakes and all associated civil works.

This 18 hole Championship Course was started in April 2004. A huge programme of works were undertaken which included lining 30,000 sq.m. of lakes and breaking out 20,000 cubic metres of rock. Over 400,000 sq.m. of topsoil was stripped and 250,000m3 of subgrade was shaped to create this fantastic course. 

Along with this, a full irrigation and drainage system was installed.
Due to the amount of resources on site, SOL GOLF managed to complete this project with 18 holes seeded out by October 2004. The course opened for play in summer 2005.
