• Construction of new practice / putting green facility

• Construction of practice facilities and all associated civil works

A unique course in its layout set in 1200 acres, with only two holes side by side.  A massive earthworks job which involved stripping over 600,000m2 of topsoil, 400,000m3 of earthworks and 120,000m2 of forestry clearance. In order to create the irrigation lake a further 30,000m3 of rock had to be broken out. Due to very challenging ground conditions and some very bad weather this job has required three seasons to complete.
